Worst Online Customer Service I've EVER…

Worst Online Customer Service I've Ever experienced. Unfortunately, they are FAR more substandard from the one star I am required to requite them to write this review.

I purchased a Samsung 70" Form TU700D TV through Costco Online on 8/2/2021. The Idiot box showed upwards on 8/x/2021. When I went to take off the packaging, I noticed a weird spot on the screen so I decided to plug it in… the screen was completely shattered and unusable. I chosen the Online Customer Service the aforementioned mean solar day and they offered me $50 off of the next TV purchase.

The second attempt, I made the aforementioned mistake and ordered a Samsung 75" Class TU700D online on 8/21/21. When I unpacked information technology, I constitute the exact same consequence of the the screen withal again shattered. At this indicate, I was beyond irritated after waiting over a month in delivery fourth dimension and notwithstanding not having a functioning Television receiver.

Subsequently several attempts to contact a managing director, I was finally promised a $300 gift card for receiving two shattered TV's. I was a bit hesitant to have, but I wanted to be somewhat civil and endeavour to empathize their perspective.

Later on waiting several months and still not receiving my $300 gift carte I decided to give the Online Customer Service another telephone call. They claimed nil was in writing and the best thing they could do was a $100 gift carte du jour.

Afterwards a long 7 months of trying to stand up for myself and what I was promised, I agreed to have the $100 and will be canceling my membership on my way out the door from using the gift carte. In addition to the lying, I was finally reimbursed from my original purchase of $699.99 (which was taken from my carte on 8/2/2021) and took until 3/2022 to receive and noticed I was only refunded $649.99 considering my $50 inconvenience no longer was valid.

The Online Customer Service has been nothing but incompetent, dishonorable, and egotistical. I've waisted countless hours of time trying to reason with these baboons, getting absolutely nowhere.

I shopped online and supposed to be delivered inside three working days but oasis't received it afterwards 5 working mean solar day having a depository financial institution vacation Mon god knows when I will take my items delivered.


@costco cashiers are lazy and practise not…

@costco cashiers are lazy and practise not have good client service. They did not want to charge me in 2 separate accounts because they already wanted to get out even though it was half an 60 minutes earlier closing. Lazy and cranky. They lost at least $600 sale tonight. Shame on them!


Buyer Beware!!!

THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND And so CANCEL YOUR Social club. And so they'll claim that yous must accept entered the credit carte information wrong (only then how would the transaction process in the starting time place?). Customer service refused to even attempt to resolve the situation in whatever way. I had to go through my depository financial institution to reverse the charges for the society that was cancelled.

Regular Visit

Since this shop opened in Lilliputian Rock, AR, we have visited almost weekly. It's a modify of step from the Sam'south Club. The store has some things we like. I was surprised the meat section was stocked pretty well. Just couldn't afford much with the prices. I nevertheless have never plant the gasoline price posted. As a result, I've but purchased gasoline once. They don't accept MasterCard which is a bummer. Skipped the chicken bake for the 1st fourth dimension in a while. Prices are so high.


Worst service always from Costco

ordered a GE fridge on March 23,2022. Information technology was delivered damaged on March 28th, 2022. I did not accept it. Information technology was replaced. The refrigerator came crushed this time. This is unacceptable.  GE and Costco refuse to help me.  I take lost income. GE had no record of the social club. Costco said I tin just keep it broken or go elsewhere. No i fifty-fifty knew who delivered it. The lodge went to Costco organization rather than GE then GE had no tape of it. I I spoke to Tkeyah at GE. MAX at Costco, and so Kelsey a GE supervisor and Costco Logistics for hours. No assistance was offered I was told no rush would exist put on the replacement and it could come cleaved again. Emails are no longer accepted by Costco customer service.. Costco has lost quality. This is a disgrace. I no longer want this item from Costco. Worst service ever. Costco used to exist amend.. I will be sure to tell my story on social media.


Tons of Bad Beer at COSTCO, v Brands and from 2021!

I went to the store in Idaho Falls/Ammon, ID to buy some beer for a party I was having and planned to buy 3 or iv cases of 24 bottles or cans. I started to choice out some different brands and and then realized they were all long ago outdated or past their best buy date by a year or more. I was blown away by how outdated the beers were and told some guy to have the manager come over, which he did. The managing director didn't seem concerned as he thought it was perfectly OK to sell beer that was by it's BB date. The health dept. should be called and terminate the selling of beer that's over a year old. The director thinks information technology's really OK to sell ane twelvemonth old beer from 2021. The community should protest something and then abhorrent, and it would never happen in Federal republic of germany or Republic of austria and the managing director should exist fired for such conduct. People could get sick and the managing director could care less, more interested in profits than peoples wellness. It's distressing that large companies similar Costco actually don't care most their customers, just the profits they can stuff in their greasy pockets and rip off their customers. Stand up America and chastize Costco and their managers I wish I had a camera with me to document what was there equally I'chiliad a photojournalist, only who would remember you'd accept an experience like this at a COSTCO? No trust left for Corporate America.

Some of the Costco employees including the supervisors have serious psychological issues and are very disrespectful, egoistic, abusive, dishonest and brutal towards the clients and abuse their power to the point of causing a mutual damage for both Costco and the clients. They bear their emotional problems onto there clients. Weak leadership and no quality control on the employees' mal conducts. Many people are very disappointed and are reducing their trips to Costco as a result.


Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery is…

Metropolitan Warehouse & Commitment is the worst commitment service I've ever experienced in my entire life! My new life'southward goal is to mail this information all over the Cyberspace in the hopes that no i e'er has to deal with this visitor.

The start crew that came to deliver the bedroom prepare damaged the dresser and ane of the drawers in the chest. I'1000 not talking about small damage. They divide the piece of wood on the lower front department of the dresser across repair and the lesser of one drawer in the chest was completely broken in half. These are things they likely knew they did simply were in such a hurry to become back on the road they didn't seem to intendance. Before they left I inspected the piece of furniture and found the broken drawer so they took that article of furniture with them when they left. Unfortunately, I didn't notice the cracked woods on the dresser until 5 minutes after they left. I called to ask them to come up back and pick it upwardly but they refused.

They as well did a very poor chore of assembling the bed. There are about 4-5 pieces of wood back up posts that run underneath the center of the bed. Each one consists of two pieces that are screwed together. When I looked nether the bed it was easy to see that none of them were completely screwed together. I had to prop up the bed with 2x4's to gain access to the underside of the bed which then allowed me to spiral the posts together properly.

Upon further inspection of the piece of furniture, we decided that the quality was not of the level nosotros expected so nosotros contacted customer support to return it all. Today, 4 weeks later, they finally came to pick it up. I was told they would call me with an ETA a few hours before they planned to make it At approximately three:00PM, as I had yet to hear from them, I decided to telephone call Customer Service and a few minutes after I received a call from the driver stating that they would be here in 45 minutes to 1 hour. They actually arrived about 90 minutes later.

The coiffure did not accept shoe coverings and they refused to remove their shoes before walking upstairs on my carpeted floors. I suggested they become down the street, less than one mile from my house and purchase foot coverings simply they refused. I called their acceleration office while they were here and they spoke to the commuter but no resolution was achieved and they left. The offset delivery crew that delivered the article of furniture had no problem removing their shoes earlier walking on the carpet.

If I ever purchase anything again from Costco that requires a delivery crew to come up into my house I will only practice it if Costco guarantees to not use Metropolitan Warehouse & Delivery.

From other reviews I've read from people with similar experiences I'one thousand surprised that Costco continues to utilize this delivery service.


God forbid you change your e-mail address

God forbid you need to change your email address, the horribly poor UI on the website does not make it clear at all that you lot demand to do this in at least three different places! Go to your business relationship page and update your sign in email, well that'southward more like a usename, so you're non done yet. Update your membership information electronic mail address, great! Now your receipts, marketing e-mail and almost everything else will go to that email BUT WAIT! If you lot social club something with "digital shipping" it goes to an e-mail listed in the "Account --> Address Book"! Equally best as I can tell, this gets automatically setup on your first online order based on your sign-in and/or membership email but from that indicate frontward is forever carve up. If y'all buy something with digital delivery like a gift card, information technology volition use that "shipping address" email Merely Volition Not Show THE Shipping EMAIL AS PART OF Cheque OUT. Poor poor setup.


Worst online shopping experience so…

Worst online shopping experience so far!!! I ordered a whirlpool fridge from Costco, and when we received it, it was missing a door handle. But the guy from Concierge Services told me not to worry about information technology because they will send out the door handle adjacent Monday. Information technology turned out to be nothing simply a lie. So I've kept calling them for the missing door handle, all I got from them is either I can render the fridge to the store by myself, or keep waiting until they have an answer from Whirlpool and probably forever. I spent over $ii,000 on a fridge with a missing handle, great!


I dislike Costco

I dislike Costco. During the pandemic almost all stores had curbside pickup except Costco. I likewise have a disabilty and asked about curbside pickup because it is hard to visit store. I only buy a few things. They told me pickup would be $10 similar delivert.

I as well need aid getting products off shelves. They are non helpful at all.

Their products do not compensate for such poor service. I'm through with Costco.

Vancouver is a great Costco location

It's a bang-up Costco location! In that location aren't equally many amenities as in a traditional (big-lot) setting, but it offers everything you demand. Excellent-quality products, ranging from groceries to a big range of other items. Some price reductions are quite amazing; all you have to do is go on an center out for them!
